基于GIS技术的大规模光伏电站宏观选址方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 作为中国实现2030年碳达峰与2060年碳中和目标的解决方案之一,光伏发电具有举足轻重的地位。光伏电站建设前期传统的宏观选址方法多以“现场走访—选地圈地—初步测算场址范围”为主,但这种方法存在大量重复的工作,费时费力,工作效率较低,仅适合小规模、小范围光伏电站的宏观选址。提出一种适合大规模、大范围光伏电站的宏观选址方案,充分考虑地形因素及环境敏感性区域对光伏电站开发的影响,在地理信息系统(GIS)技术下使用Python语言对相关数据进行处理,通过计算机对目标区域进行大面积筛选,利用筛选结果并结合Candela3D软件布置光伏组件,由计算机执行光伏电站的宏观选址,从而达到大规模光伏电站选址高效快捷及项目发电收益最大化的目的。 As one of the solutions for China to achieve the goal of emission peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060,PV power generation plays a pivotal role.The traditional macro site selection of early stage of construction of PV power stations is mainly based on the method of“site visit→site selection→preliminary measurement of site range”,but this method has a lot of repetitive work,time-consuming and laborious,and low efficiency,which is only suitable for the macro site selection of small-range and small-scale PV power stations.This paper proposes a macro site selection scheme suitable for large-range and large-scale PV power stations,taking full account of the impact of terrain factors and environmentally sensitive areas on the development of PV power stations,using Python language to process relevant data under the geographic information system(GIS)technology,and screening the target area in a large area through computers,using the screening results and the PV modules arranged by Candela3D software,the computer executes the macro site selection of PV power stations,so as to achieve the purpose of efficient and fast site selection of large-scale PV powerstations and maximizing the project’s power generation income.
