摘要
通过对尾砂的物化性质进行分析、浆体沉降试验、尾砂水下安息角与滑动角的测量,以及料浆流变性能的研究,并基于环管试验模拟尾矿输送过程,对四川某铁矿全尾砂进行水力输送试验研究,确定尾矿管道输送参数,并验证该尾砂的输送可行性。结果表明:尾砂级配良好,物质组成稳定,可用于正常管道输送;当料浆质量浓度小于56%时,沉降速度主要取决于料浆的质量浓度,当料浆质量浓度大于56%时,其沉降效果不仅受料浆质量浓度的影响,还可能与尾砂粒径级配等多因素有关;该尾矿浆的屈服应力较大,动力黏度系数较小,7种质量浓度(40%、44%、48%、52%、56%、60%、64%)的料浆测量得出的安息角最小值为12°,滑动角最小值为21°,推荐管道坡度应设置在10°以下;在不同管径(Φ125 mm、Φ140 mm、Φ180 mm)下,推荐管道输送流速为2 m/s。研究结果可为矿山尾矿管道输送设计提供参考依据。
Through the analysis on physical and chemical properties,slurry sedimentation test,measurement of underwater repose angle and slip angle of tailings,as well as research on rheological properties of slurry,and based on the loop pipe test to simulate the tailings transportation process,the hydraulic transportation test of the full tailings of an iron mine in Sichuan was conducted.The tailings pipeline transportation parameters were determined and the feasibility of the tailings transportation was verified.The results show that the tailings gradation is good and the material composition is stable,which can be used for normal pipeline transportation.When the mass concentration of slurry is less than 56%,the settling velocity mainly depends on the mass concentration of slurry.When the mass concentration of slurry is greater than 56%,the settling effect is not only affected by the slurry concentration,but also may be related to many factors such as the particle size gradation of tailings.The rheological properties of the tailings slurry show that the yield stress of the tailings slurry is large and the dynamic viscosity coefficient is small.The minimum value of the repose angle and the minimum value of the slip angle measured by the slurry with 7 mass concentrations(40%,44%,48%,52%,56%,60%,64%)are 12°and 21°,respectively.The recommended pipeline slope should be set below 10°.Under different pipe diameters(Φ125 mm,Φ140 mm,Φ180 mm),the recommended pipeline transportation flow rate is 2 m/s.The research results can provide a basis reference for the design of mine tailings pipeline transportation.
