某尾矿库回采技术及坝体稳定性分析 被引量:1

Mining Technology and Dam Stability Analysis of A Tailings Pond

摘要 采矿业在助力国家“碳中和、碳达峰”目标的实现中扮演重要的角色,主要体现在大宗固体废物综合利用,特别是尾砂综合利用,具有重要的经济和环保意义。以岑溪市经成尾矿库回采项目为工程背景,采用水枪与漂浮式砂泵船联合的开采方式,利用Slide边坡模拟软件,采用瑞典圆弧法对尾矿库现状、尾砂回采到+317 m标高以及尾砂回采完成后的尾矿坝内外坡在3种不同工况下的稳定性进行分析。经过计算,不同工况下尾矿库坝体内外坡的Kmin数值均大于规范值,整个回采过程中尾矿库坝体均能保持稳定运行。最后,针对尾砂回采期间可能出现的安全问题,提出相应的矿山生产管理措施,对同类型尾矿库回采工程具有一定的参考价值。 Mining industry plays an important role in assisting the realization of the national goal of“carbon neutrality and carbon peak”,which is mainly reflected in the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste,especially the comprehensive utilization of tailings,which has great economic and environmental significance.Taking the mining project of Jingcheng Tailings Pond in Cenxi City as the engineering background,the combined mining method of water gun and floating sand pump ship was adopted.The Slide slope simulation software was used to analyze the stability of the slopes of the tailings dam under three different working conditions by using the Ordinary or Fellenius method,including the current situation of the tailings pond,the slopes as tailings recovery to+317 m elevation and the internal and external slopes of the tailings dam after tailings recovery.According to the calculation,the Kminvalues of the internal and external slopes of the tailings dam body are greater than the standard values under different working conditions,and the tailings dam body can maintain stable operation during the whole mining process.Aiming at the possible safety problems during tailings recovery,corresponding mine production management measures are put forward,which has certain reference value for the similar tailings pond mining projects.
