摘要
为降低磷矿山生产作业事故发生概率,预防重特大事故,落实“双重预防机制”,借鉴前人矿山智能化建设经验,以J2EE为开发平台,SpringMVC为开发结构,采用B/S与C/S相结合的模式,结合WebGIS和三维地图可视化等信息技术,设计集安全检查管理、风险分级管控、隐患排查治理于一体的智能化综合安全管控系统,系统建成应用后,磷矿山事故发生概率环比降低了12.67%。结果表明:系统移动端和Web端的跨平台协作能够切实满足磷矿山双控工作需求,实现对风险隐患的闭环管理和动态管控,进而创建了磷矿安全管理新模式。
In order to reduce the probability of accidents in the production and operation of phosphate mines and prevent the occurrence of major production accidents,the application of the“dual-prevention mechanism”was implemented.Learning from the experience of previous mine intelligent construction,taking J2EE as the development platform,SpringMVC as the development structure,adopting the combination of B/S and C/S mode,combining WebGIS and 3D map visualization and other information technologies,an intelligent comprehensive security management and control system that integrates security inspection management,risk classification management and control,and hidden danger troubleshooting and governance was designed.After the system is completed and applied,the probability of phosphorus mine accidents has decreased by 12.67%.The results show that the cross platform cooperation between the mobile end and the Web end of the system can effectively meet the requirements of dual-control of phosphate mines,achieve closed-loop management and dynamic management and control of potential risks,and thus create a new pattern of phosphate mine safety management.
