陕南丘陵沟壑地区乡村民居冬季热工性能研究

摘要 为了研究陕南丘陵沟壑地区乡村民居,以陕南安康地区的江安村新建民居与传统民居冬季室内热工环境要素为研究对象,通过对室内外温度、相对湿度、壁面温度等进行测试及物理环境分析,并结合标准有效温度SET*的计算结果,验证了当前陕南地区民居冬季不舒适的现状,深入分析了新建民居及传统民居热工性能的优缺点,如传统民居热惰性、吸湿性较好,但门窗接缝处存在缝隙;新建民居的密闭性较好,但根据新建民居居民的生活习惯,存在户门长时间开放导致室内热环境较差等问题。针对不同民居提出了改善围护结构热惰性的不同策略,提高门窗气密性,采用其他形式采暖设备,保证其空间内部热辐射较为均匀,以及提出被动式太阳能利用等改造措施并加以模拟验证。 In order to study the rural houses in the hilly and gully areas of southern Shaanxi,the winter indoor thermal environment elements of the newly built houses and traditional houses in Jiang’an Village in Ankang area of southern Shaanxi were studied.The indoor and outdoor temperature,relative humidity,wall temperature,etc.were tested to conduct physics.The analysis of the environment,combined with the calculation result of the standard effective temperature SET*,verifies the current uncomfortable status of the residential buildings in southern Shaanxi in winter,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the thermal performance of the new and traditional residential buildings,such as thermal inertia and moisture absorption.However,the airtightness of the newly-built residential buildings is better,but according to the living habits of the residents of the new residential buildings,the indoor thermal environment is poor due to the long-term opening of the doors.Different strategies for thermal inertia of the protective structure,improve the air-tightness of doors and windows,adopt other forms of heating equipment,ensure that the internal thermal radiation of the space is relatively uniform,and use passive solar energy and other transformation measures and simulate and verify them.
