Innovate and optimize power demand response to support the construction of new power system

电力需求响应充分调动需求侧灵活性,可有效促进源荷互动,将在新型电力系统建设中发挥重要作用。首先梳理了近年来需求响应的政策与实践,分析其在保安全、促消纳等方面的进展与成效;然后结合电力系统转型变革关键期,分析了电力需求响应发展面临的新形势新要求;最后提出了创新优化电力需求响应的政策建议。

Power demand response can fully mobilize demand side flexibility,effectively promote interaction between source and load,and will play an important role in the construction of new power system.Firstly,the policy and practice of demand response in recent years are combed,and its progress and effectiveness in ensuring security and promoting consumption are analyzed;Then,combined with the period of power system transformation and transformation,the new situation and requirements of power demand response development are analyzed.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward to innovate and optimize the power demand response.
