摘要
在双碳目标和电力市场改革的背景下,通过市场化机制促进以水电为主的可再生能源消纳,已成为我国电力现货市场建设的1项关键任务。将梯级水电纳入市场出清机制设计中,计及梯级水电的运行特性,在常规出清模型中引入水力耦合、发电出力特性、水位控制和水电振动区等复杂约束条件,并基于IEEE 14节点系统,设计了由6家发电主体组成的日前市场算例,通过分析不同运行场景下的市场交易结果,初步验证了所提出的出清模型的合理性与实用性。
Under the circumstance of goal of“carbon neutralization and carbon peak”and the reform of power system, promoting the market-oriented consumption of renewable energy has become a key task in the construction of China’s power market. Considering the operation characteristics of cascade hydropower, the constraints such as hydraulic coupling, power generation output characteristics, water level control and hydropower vibration zone are introduced into the conventional clearing model. It is designed that a day ahead market example including six power generation entities to analyze the market transaction results under different operation scenarios, the rationality and practicability of the clearing model are preliminarily verified.
