肢体康复训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者的效果及生活质量的影响

Effect of limb rehabilitation training on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and its influence on quality of life

目的分析肢体康复训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者的效果及生活质量的影响。方法82例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,以电脑数字随机抽取法分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组予以基础干预,研究组在对照组基础上予以肢体康复训练。对比两组患者康复训练前后肢体运动功能评分,康复训练后功能活动能力评分,康复训练后生活质量评分。结果康复训练前,两组患者肢体运动功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复训练后,两组患者肢体运动功能评分高于本组康复训练前,且研究组患者的肢体运动功能评分(72.61±4.13)分高于对照组的(58.72±5.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复训练后,研究组患者的功能活动能力评分为(42.52±4.35)分,高于对照组的(26.23±3.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复训练后,研究组患者的生活质量评分为(56.43±3.26)分,高于对照组的(39.21±5.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死偏瘫患者实施肢体康复训练能有效提高患者肢体运动功能及功能活动能力,有利于偏瘫肢体的康复,从而提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of limb rehabilitation training on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 82 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were studied,and they were divided into the control group and the research group by computerized digital random sampling method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given basic intervention,and the research group was given limb rehabilitation training on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were compared in terms of limb motor function score before and after rehabilitation training,motor assessment scale score after rehabilitation training,and quality of life score after rehabilitation training.Results Before rehabilitation training,there was no statistically significant difference in the limb motor function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After rehabilitation training,the limb motor function scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before rehabilitation training in this group,and the limb motor function score(72.61±4.13)points of patients in the research group were higher than(58.72±5.52)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After rehabilitation training,the motor assessment scale score of patients in the research group was(42.52±4.35)points,which was higher than(26.23±3.12)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After rehabilitation training,the quality of life score of patients in the research group was(56.43±3.26)points,which was higher than(39.21±5.15)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Limb rehabilitation training for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia can improve the limb motor function and motor function,facilitate the rehabilitation of hemiplegia,thus improving the quality of life.
