沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的作用研究

Study on the effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法115例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机分配法分为实验组(58例)和参照组(57例)。参照组患者实施常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、血清指标[N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、血清肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)]水平。结果治疗后,实验组患者的LVEF(50.17±4.86)%高于参照组的(42.37±4.98)%,LVEDD(50.38±3.75)mm小于参照组的(57.61±3.88)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的NT-proBNP、cTnT水平分别为(403.68±31.29)pg/ml、(0.16±0.02)ng/ml,均低于参照组的(567.41±35.97)pg/ml、(0.30±0.06)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率93.10%高于参照组的80.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗中,沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠能够提升治疗效果,明显改善患者的血清指标,提高心功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 115 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group(58 patients)and reference group(57 patients).Patients in the reference group were treated conventionally,and patients in the experimental group were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,and the levels of cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]and serum indexes[N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin T(cTnT)]before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the LVEF of patients in the experimental group was(50.17±4.86)%,which was higher than(42.37±4.98)%in the reference group;the LVEDD in the experimental group was(50.38±3.75)mm,which was smaller than(57.61±3.88)mm in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NT-proBNP and cTnT levels of patients in the experimental group were(403.68±31.29)pg/ml and(0.16±0.02)ng/ml,respectively,which were lower than(567.41±35.97)pg/ml and(0.30±0.06)ng/ml in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency of patients in the experimental group was 93.10%,which was higher than 80.70%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure,sakubatril valsartan sodium can enhance the therapeutic effect,significantly improves patients'serum indices and cardiac function.
