当归六黄汤加减治疗恶性肿瘤盗汗的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析当归六黄汤加减治疗恶性肿瘤盗汗的效果。方法90例恶性肿瘤盗汗患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组接受玉屏风颗粒治疗,试验组接受当归六黄汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效、症状评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组五心烦热、心烦易怒、汗出、精疲乏力的评分分别为(0.76±0.62)、(0.91±0.25)、(0.62±0.41)、(0.74±0.56)分,均低于对照组的(1.79±0.25)、(1.49±0.28)、(1.56±0.33)、(1.69±0.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将当归六黄汤加减应用于恶性肿瘤盗汗治疗中疗效显著,能有效缓解改善患者临床症状,有助于改善患者预后,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of night sweats of malignant tumors.Methods A total of 90 patients with malignant tumors were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment schemes,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Yupingfeng Granules,and the experimental group was treated with modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dysphoria in chestpalmssoles,vexation and irritability,sweating and exhaustion in the experimental group were(0.76±0.62),(0.91±0.25),(0.62±0.41),and(0.74±0.56)points,which were lower than(1.79±0.25),(1.49±0.28),(1.56±0.33),and(1.69±0.33)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction is effective in the treatment of night sweats of malignant tumors.It can effectively alleviate and improve the clinical symptoms of patients and help their improve the prognosis,which is worth popularizing.
