基于灰色关联分析法的京津冀、长三角地区生物医药产业发展水平对比研究 被引量:2

Comparative study on the development level of biomedicine industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Yangtze River Delta region based on grey correlation analysis

摘要 目的 通过灰色关联分析法对京津冀地区和长三角地区生物医药产业发展水平开展评估分析,透过产业指标与模型结果讨论其发展不足和提升策略。方法 基于灰色关联分析法,分析生物医药相关的9项关键投入指标与医药制造业营业收入产出指标的关联,并基于关联度排序对两地生物医药产业发展水平进行对比分析。结果及结论 产业规模方面,京津冀、长三角地区生物医药产业各自存在发展阶段不统一,产业协同发展水平欠缺的问题;科创赋能方面,京津冀地区生物医药产业科研投入持续提高,但资源配置不均,而长三角地区研发机构与研发人员布局尚待进一步调整。基于此,文章针对产业规模效益深化、区域协作壁垒、科创人才投入三方面提出优化建议。 Objective To evaluate and analyze the development level of biomedicine industry in Beijing-TianjinHebei region and Yangtze River Delta region by grey correlation analysis, and to discuss its development deficiencies and improvement strategies through industry indicators and model results. Methods Based on grey correlation analysis, the correlation between 9 key input indicators related to biomedicine and the operating income and output indicators of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry was analyzed, and the development level of biomedicine industry in the two places was compared and analyzed based on correlation ranking. Results and Conclusions In terms of industry scale, the bio-pharmaceutical industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Yangtze River Delta region have their own problems of different development stages and lack of coordinated development level. In terms of science and innovation empowerment, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region continued to increase the investment in biomedical research, but the allocation of resources was uneven, while the layout of R&D institutions and R&D personnel in the Yangtze River Delta region needed to be further adjusted. Based on this, the paper puts forward the optimization path from three aspects: the deepening of industrial scale benefits, the barriers of regional cooperation and the investment of scientific and creative talents.
