高压氧联合拉贝洛尔、硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果及对血管内皮生长因子、凝血纤溶功能的影响

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with labetalol and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and its influences on vascular endothelial growth factor and coagulation and fibrinolysis function

目的探讨高压氧(HBO)联合拉贝洛尔、硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2021年1月我院收治的90例HDCP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予拉贝洛尔、硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予HBO治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7d,观察组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血栓素A2(TXA2)水平低于对照组,前列环素(PGI2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7d,观察组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)长于对照组,组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)水平高于对照组,纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HBO联合拉贝洛尔、硫酸镁治疗HDCP的效果较好,可调节血管内皮生长因子水平,改善凝血纤溶功能指标。

Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined with labetalol and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods A total of 90 patients with HDCP admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with labetalol and magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with HBO on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7d of treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and thromboxane A2(TXA2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of prostacyclin(PGI2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7d of treatment,the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,the tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)level was higher than that of the control group,and the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HBO combined with labetalol and magnesium sulfate is effective in the treatment of HDCP,which can regulate the level of vascular endothelial growth factor and improve coagulation and fibrinolysis function indexes.
