摘要
目的探讨神经节苷脂联合脑循环治疗仪治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-BB)水平及肢体运动功能的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月我院儿科收治的90例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为研究组(45例,神经节苷脂+常规治疗+脑循环治疗仪)和对照组(45例,常规治疗+脑循环治疗仪)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的VEGF、CK-BB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分低于对照组,粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表(S-M)各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合脑循环治疗仪治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果显著,可降低VEGF、CK-BB水平,提高肢体运功功能,有效改善患儿的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gangliosides combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy and its influences on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),creatine kinase BB(CK-BB)levels and limb motor function.Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group(45 cases,ganglioside+conventional treatment+cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus)and control group(45 cases,conventional treatment+cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus)according to the lottery method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of VEGF and CK-BB in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimensions and total score of the Infants-Junior High School Students'Social Life Ability Scale(S-M)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gangliosides combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the levels of VEGF and CK-BB,improve the function of limb movement,and effectively improve the quality of life of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
