清肺化痰散贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热壅肺证的临床效果及对IL-6、IL-10水平的影响

Clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan powder patching in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma with lung phlegm heat syndrome and its influences on IL-6 and IL-10 levels

目的探究清肺化痰散贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热壅肺证的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的86例肺炎喘嗽痰热壅肺证患儿作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用清肺化痰散贴敷辅助治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及发热、咳嗽、咳痰、喘促积分低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺化痰散贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热壅肺证具有显著的效果,能有效改善炎症因子水平,对缓解患儿的临床症状、缩短恢复时间具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan powder patching in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma with lung phlegm heat syndrome.Methods A total of 86 children with pediatric pneumonia asthma with lung phlegm heat syndrome admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Huatan powder patching in adjuvant on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of cough,the disappearance time of lung rales and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6)and the scores of fever,cough,expectoration,asthma were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and the total effective rate of trentment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Huatan powder patching in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma with lung phlegm heat syndrome has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors,which is of great significance to alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and shorten the recovery time.
