手术室护理路径结合人文关怀对腹腔镜子宫全切术患者心理状态的影响

Effect of nursing path in operating room combined with humanistic care on psychological state of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的探究手术室护理路径结合人文关怀对腹腔镜子宫全切术患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月我院收治的100例腹腔镜子宫全切术患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方式不同将其分为对照组(常规护理)和试验组(手术室护理路径结合人文关怀),各50例。比较两组的护理效果。结果出院时,试验组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周,试验组的肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术中出血量少于对照组,术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理路径结合人文关怀护理应用于腹腔镜子宫全切术患者中能够改善心理应激指标水平,调节心理状态,保障手术治疗效果,缩短住院时间,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing path in operating room combined with humanistic care on psychological state of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(routine nursing)and experimental group(nursing path in operating room combined with humanistic care)according to different nursing intervention methods,with 50 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the scores of each dimension of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week after surgery,the levels of epinephrine,norepinephrine and cortisol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the total incidece of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing path in operating room combined with humanistic care applied in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can improve the levels of psychological stress indexes,regulate the psychological state,guarantee the effect of surgical treatment,shorten the hospital stay and improve the prognosis.
