合理情绪疗法联合基于时间理念的护理策略对脑出血术后患者康复积极性、心理弹性、血肿清除的影响

Effects of rational emotive therapy combined with nursing strategy based on time concept on rehabilitation enthusiasm,psychological resilience and hematoma clearance of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation

目的探讨合理情绪疗法联合基于时间理念的护理策略在脑出血术后患者中的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月收治的82例脑出血术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加合理情绪疗法联合基于时间理念的护理策略。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组的积极举动、康复护理配合度评分高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的坚韧、乐观、自强评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血肿残余量低于对照组,血肿清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法联合基于时间理念的护理策略在脑出血术后患者中的效果显著,可改善康复积极性及心理弹性,提高血肿清除率。

Objective To explore the application value of rational emotive therapy combined with nursing strategy based on time concept in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods A total of 82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation admitted from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rational emotive therapy combined with nursing strategy based on time concept on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of positive behavior and rehabilitation nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of abandonment behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of tenacity,optimism and self-improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The residual amount of hematoma in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational emotive therapy combined with nursing strategy based on time concept has a significant effect on patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation,which can ameliorate rehabilitation enthusiasm and psychological resilience,improve hematoma clearance rate.
