摘要
脑动静脉畸形(BAVM)是一种临床常见的血管性疾病,其血管构筑复杂,为胚胎期脑血管形成异常所致。BAVM好发于20~40岁人群,发病迅速,易发生破裂出血,发病机制目前尚未明确。本文从血管发生、与BAVM相关分子、信号转导、血流动力学等方面对BAVM发生机制的研究进展作一综述,旨在为BAVM的研究和治疗提供理论依据。
Brain arteriovenous malformation(BAVM)is a common clinical vascular disease,its vascular architecture is complex,which is caused by abnormal formation of cerebral vessels in embryonic period.BAVM tends to occur in people aged 20-40 years old,with rapid onset and prone to rupture and hemorrhage,the pathogenesis is not yet clear.This article reviews the research and progress of the mechanism of BAVM from the aspects of angiogenesis,BAVM-related molecules,signal transduction and hemodynamics,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the research and treatment of BAVM.
