比索洛尔治疗方案对中年高血压患者并发左心室肥厚的降压疗效及心动图参数变化

Antihypertensive Efficacy and Changes in Cardiac Parameters of Bisoprolol Treatment Regimen in Middle-aged Hypertensive Patients with Concomitant Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的 探讨比索洛尔治疗方案对中年高血压患者并发左心室肥厚的降压疗效及心动图参数。方法 根据随机数表法将2020年3月—2021年6月广东省台山市人民医院收治的100例高血压并发左心室肥厚患者分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。两组患者均予以常规治疗,同时观察组另予以比索洛尔治疗。比较两组患者血压水平、超声心动图参数以及临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组血压水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相比治疗前,治疗后两组血压水平均有所下降,且观察组比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组超声心动图参数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相比治疗前,治疗后两组超声心动图参数均有所下降,且观察组比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,低于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论 经比索洛尔治疗后,效果显著,不仅能有效降低患者血压水平,还能改善左心室肥厚。

Objective To investigate the antihypertensive efficacy and cardiac parameters of bisoprolol treatment regimen on middle-aged hypertensive patients with concomitant left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods According to the random number table method, 100 patients with hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy treated in Taishan People’s Hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were divided into an observation group(n=50) and a control group(n=50). In both groups, patients were given conventional treatment, while the observation group was additionally treated with bisoprolol. The blood pressure level, echocardiographic parameters and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, the blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in echocardiographic parameters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, the echocardiographic parameters of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00% lower than 84.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000, P<0.05). Conclusion After treatment with bisoprolol, the effect was significant, which not only effectively reduced the blood pressure level of patients, but also improved left ventricular hypertrophy.
