牙周治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的价值研究

Study on the Value of Periodontal Treatment for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Combined with Periodontitis

目的 判断2型糖尿病牙周炎患者行牙周治疗的效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2021年3月山东省邹平市中心医院收治的108例2型糖尿病牙周炎者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与一般组,每组54例。治疗组采用牙周治疗、一般治疗联合方案,一般组采用一般治疗,观察两组牙周指数、生化指标、炎性水平、疗效。结果 治疗组治疗后PD、CAL、PLI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.833、8.986、7.933,P<0.001);治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油水平均低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.624、7.014、11.355,P<0.001);治疗组治疗后IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.336、9.355,P<0.001);治疗组总有效率94.44%高于一般组的79.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.252,P=0.022)。结论 牙周治疗有较好疗效,可抑制炎症指标,也能稳定血糖,改善牙周情况。

Objective To determine the effect of periodontal treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic periodontitis.Methods A total of 108 cases of type 2 diabetic periodontitis admitted to Zouping Central Hospital of Shandong Province from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into treatment group and general group, with 54 cases in each group. The treatment group received periodontal treatment and general treatment, and the general group received general treatment. The periodontal index, biochemical index, inflammatory level and curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results PD, CAL, and PLI levels were lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(t=7.833, 8.986, 7.933,P<0.001);fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and triglyceride levels were lower in the treatment group than in the general group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.624, 7.014, 11.355, P<0.001);the levels of, IL-1β and TNF-α were lower in the treated group than in the general group, the difference was statistically significant(t=9.336, 9.355, P<0.001);the total effective rate of 94.44% in the treatment group was higher than that of 79.63% in the general group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.252, P=0.022). Conclusion Periodontal treatment has better efficacy in suppressing inflammatory indicators and also stabilizing blood glucose and improving periodontal conditions.
