摘要
本文分析了测绘地理信息企业人力资源管理的现状与问题,然后结合“互联网+”的理念和技术,探讨了测绘地理信息企业人力资源管理创新举措,提出了构建以人为中心的数据化、在线化的人力资源管理模式和平台。
This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of human resource management in surveying and mapping geographic information enterprises,and then combines the concept and technology of"Internet plus",discusses the innovative measures of human resource management in surveying and mapping geographic information enterprises,and puts forward the construction of human centered data and online human resource management model and platform.
