公路工程设计优化管理研究

Research on Optimization Management of Highway Engineering

我国公路工程正处于高速、高质量发展时期,但随着内外部环境变化影响,如征地拆迁的不确定性、材料价格上涨等不确定因素,在建设过程中出现了建设投资超估、资金不到位等风险,且不能有效解决。文章主要从技术管理角度结合实际情况,对公路工程项目设计优化管理进行探讨,并提出了公路工程设计优化管理路径和措施,为类似项目顺利实施及实现多方效益提供一定的借鉴。

China’s highway engineering is in a period of high-speed and high-quality development,but with the impact of internal and external environmental changes,such as the uncertainty of land acquisition and demolition,rising material prices and other uncertain factors,there are risks such as over estimation of construction investment and insufficient funds in the construction process,which cannot be effectively solved.From the perspective of technical management and combined with the actual situation,this paper discusses the optimization management of highway engineering project design,and puts forward the paths and measures of highway engineering design optimization management,which provides a certain reference for the smooth implementation of similar projects and the realization of multiparty benefits.
