摘要
电力施工企业在产值计列问题上,长期存在计列数据粗糙、绩效配置缺乏激励等问题。文章以省级送变电企业A分公司为例,收集2019-2021年在建工程相关数据,分析研究施工产值与计量产值差异原因,提出组织绩效管理合理化建议。
On the issue of output value listing,electric power construction enterprises have long had problems such as rough listing data and lack of incentives for performance allocation.This paper takes branch A of a provincial power transmission and transformation enterprise as an example,collects relevant data of construction in progress from 2019 to 2021,analyzes and studies the reasons for the difference between construction output value and measurement output value,and puts forward suggestions for rationalizing organizational performance management.
