非开挖定向钻穿越技术在水利工程中应用关键技术 被引量:3

摘要 为了促进非开挖定向钻穿越技术在水利工程中的推广应用,对非开挖定向钻穿越技术的现场准备、技术准备进行了总结,对施工质量的控制要点进行了阐述与分析,并详细描述了非开挖定向钻穿越技术的施工注意事项及应对措施。分析结果表明:测量放线、泥浆配置、导向孔钻进、扩孔施工、管道回拖等对施工质量起着至关重要的作用;而钻进卡钻、钻孔塌方、冒泥浆则为施工过程中经常出现的病害;非开挖定向钻穿越技术在有效降低成本、环境保护、缩短工期等方面有着显著的意义。 In order to promote the popularization and application of Trenchless Directional Drilling Crossing Technology in hydraulic engineering,the on-site preparation and technical preparation of Trenchless Directional Drilling Crossing technology are summarized,the key points of construction quality control are expounded and analyzed,and the construction precautions and Countermeasures of Trenchless Directional Drilling Crossing technology are described in detail.The analysis results show that surveying and setting out,mud allocation,pilot hole drilling,reaming construction,pipeline back dragging and so on play a vital role in the construction quality;Drilling sticking,drilling collapse and mud pumping are common diseases in the construction process;Trenchless Directional Drilling Crossing technology has significant significance in effectively reducing costs,environmental protection,shortening the construction period and so on.
