摘要
文章主要针对一种智能鞋底消毒清洗机进行了设计研究,其结构主要由箱体、清洗轮、擦拭轮、盒盖、提手等组成,使用时只需踩在清洗轮的轮面上,并向擦拭轮方向滑动即可,清洗轮在水箱中吸取足够的水来擦洗和消毒鞋底;然后将鞋底从清洗轮滑向擦拭轮,因为擦拭轮表面的水份已经被挤压轮挤压干净,所以擦拭轮擦拭鞋底上的水,完成鞋底清洁工作。整个清洁过程只需在清洗轮和擦拭轮上来滑动一次即可完成,操作非常方便。
This paper mainly focuses on the design and research of an intelligent sole disinfection and cleaning machine.Its structure is mainly composed of a box,a cleaning wheel,a wiping wheel,a box cover,a handle,etc.when in use,you only need to step on the wheel surface of the cleaning wheel and slide towards the wiping wheel.The cleaning wheel absorbs enough water in the water tank to scrub and disinfect the sole;Then slide the sole from the cleaning wheel to the wiping wheel.Because the water on the surface of the wiping wheel has been squeezed clean by the squeezing wheel,the wiping wheel wipes the water on the sole to complete the sole cleaning work.The whole cleaning process can be completed by sliding on the cleaning wheel and wiping wheel once,and the operation is very convenient.
