单乙醇胺(MEA)烟气脱碳过程模拟

摘要 使用Aspen Plus软件模拟单乙醇胺化学吸收捕集烟气二氧化碳的过程,并研究其循环分解流程。介绍了在系统模拟过程、操作单元的选型、物性方法的选取和针对某一特性的灵敏度分析。结果表明:烟气经吸收塔后排放的二氧化碳质量分数随吸收液流量和MEA质量分数的增加而减少,但随烟气温度变化却不明显。 The process of monoethanolamine chemical absorption and capture CO2from flue gas is simulate by Aspen Plus software, and the cycle process decomposition is studied. The system simulation process stream, selection of operating unit, selection of physical properties method and sensitivity analysis for a certain characteristic are introduced.The results show that the mass fraction of carbon dioxide emitted by the flue gas after passing through the absorption tower decreases with the increase of the absorption liquid flow rate and the mass fraction of MEA, but it does not change significantly with the flue gas temperature.
