摘要
综述包容型领导的概念、相关理论基础和测量工具,以及在护理领域的应用效果。提出由于组织文化背景不同,未来需在相关理论指导下进一步探索护理领域包容型领导方式的内涵、测量及影响因素,使护理领导者科学发挥包容型领导力,从而促进护理发展,提高组织绩效。
This paper reviewed the concepts,related theoretical foundations and assessment tools of inclusive leadership,and identified the effectiveness of inclusive leadership in nursing.Due to different organizational culture and climate,the connotation,measurement and determinants of inclusive leadership need to be further studied.Consequently,nurse leaders may adopt inclusive leadership to advance professional development and enhance organizational performance.
