复合微生物制剂对猪舍空气质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究复合微生物制剂对猪舍空气质量的影响。选择体重(8.50±0.57) kg的35日龄断奶仔猪225头,随机均分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15头猪。对照组猪饲喂基础日粮,常规饮水,猪舍不喷洒微生物制剂,试验1组在基础日粮中添加0.5%复合微生物制剂A,试验2组在基础日粮中添加1.0%复合微生物制剂A,试验3组在基础日粮中添加0.5%复合微生物制剂B,试验4组在基础日粮中添加1.0%复合微生物制剂B,试验组均在饮水中添加1∶100比例稀释的小球藻悬浮液,猪舍内每隔2 d喷洒1次粪肠球菌和氯氰菊酯1∶50比例稀释液。预试期5 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示:试验第20 d,试验2组、试验3组、试验4组猪舍氨气(NH3)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);试验第30 d,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组猪舍的NH3浓度显著降低(P<0.05),试验4组猪舍NH3浓度极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验第10 d,各试验组猪舍硫化氢(H2S)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);试验第20和30 d,试验1组猪舍H2S浓度显著低降低(P<0.05),试验2组、试验3组、试验4组猪舍H2S浓度极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验第10、20 d,各试验组猪舍蚊蝇密度均显著降低(P<0.05);试验第30 d,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组猪舍蚊蝇密度显著降低(P<0.05),试验4组猪舍蚊蝇密度极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,复合微生物制剂可降低猪舍NH3和H2S浓度,减轻恶臭强度和蚊蝇密度,以添加1.0%复合微生物制剂B效果较好。 The experiment was to study the effect of compound microorganism preparation on air quality of pigsty. A total of two hundred and twenty-five 35-day-old weaned piglets weighing(8.50 ± 0.57) kg were randomly divided into five groups, with three replicates in each group and 15 pigs in each replicate. The pigs in control group were fed with basic diet, drinking water regularly, and the pigsty was not sprayed with microbial agents. Test group 1 was supplemented with 0.5% compound microbial preparation A in basic diet, test group 2 was supplemented with 1.0% compound microbial preparation A in basic diet, test group 3 was supplemented with 0.5% compound microbial preparation B in basic diet, and test group 4 was supplemented with 1.0% compound microbial preparation B in basic diet. In experimental groups,Chlorella suspensions diluted at a ratio of 1∶ 100 were added to drinking water, and Enterococcus faecalis and cypermethrin diluted at a ratio of 1∶50 were sprayed every two days in pigsty. The pre test period was 5 d, and the formal test period was 30 d. The results showed that on the 20th day, the concentration of NH3in group 2, group 3 and group 4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05). On the 30th day, the concentration of NH3in group 1, group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05), while that in group 4 was extremely decreased(P<0.01). Compared with control group,the concentration of H2S in each test group was significantly decreased on the 10th day(P<0.05). On the 20th and 30th days, the concentration of H2S in group 1 was significantly decreased(P<0.05), while that in group 2,group 3 and group 4 was extremely decreased(P<0.01).Compared with control group, the density of mosquitoes and flies in pigsty of each test group was significantly decreased on the 10th and 20th days(P<0.05). On the 30th day of test, the density of mosquitoes and flies in pigsty of group 1, group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the density of mosquitoes and flies in pigsty of group 4 was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The study indicates that the compound microbial preparation can reduce the concentration of NH3and H2S in pigsty, reduce the odor intensity and the density of mosquitoes and flies. The better effect is to add 1.0% compound microbial preparation B.
