摘要
油脂是肉鸡生产中必需的营养物质之一,在肉鸡饲粮中添加适量的油脂可以有效提高饲粮能量浓度并改善饲料适口性,提高肉鸡的采食量,改善生产性能,进而提高养殖经济效益。文章综述常用油脂及其脂肪酸组成,讨论肉鸡对油脂的消化代谢及其在肉鸡生产中的应用研究进展,为合理开发利用油脂、探索肉鸡生产中合适的油脂种类及比例提供参考。
Fats and oils are the essential in broiler nutition. Adding appropriate amount of fat and oil to broiler diets can effectively increase the energy concentration, improve the palatability of the feed, increase the feed intake and improve the growth performance, thus improve the economic efficiency. The paper reviews the common fats and their fatty acid composition, discusses the digestion and metabolism of fats in broilers and their application in broiler production, to provide reference for the rational development and utilization of fats and fats and the exploration of suitable types and proportions of fats in broiler production.
