Pathogenic immunological characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 and immune mechanism of interferon therapy

严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)致新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)发病过程中机体的过度免疫反应与干扰素(IFN)的异常表达有关。查阅相关文献,从SARS-CoV-2的病原学特征、机体抗SARS-CoV-2感染的免疫机制、IFN抗SARS-CoV-2的调控机制、IFN抗SARS-CoV-2的疗效分析及异质性评估等方面,探讨COVID-19免疫病理损害的复杂性以及IFN在COVID-19治疗过程中的免疫异质性,从而为临床合理选择IFN抗SARS-CoV-2的治疗时机和个体化治疗方案提供理论依据。

The excessive immune response of the body during the pathogenesis of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is related to the abnormal expression of interferon(IFN).By reviewing the relevant literature,the complexity of the immunopathological damage of COVID-19 and the immune heterogeneity of IFN in the treatment of COVID-19 were discussed from the aspects of the pathogenic characteristics of SARS-CoV-2,the immune mechanism of the body against SARS-CoV-2 infection,the regulatory mechanism of IFN against SARS-CoV-2,the efficacy analysis and heterogeneity evaluation of IFN against SARS-CoV-2,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational selection of IFN anti-SARS-CoV-2 treatment time and individualized treatment plan.
