摘要
目的调查医学院校本科生对介入放射学的认知情况,探讨学生愿意接受的提高介入放射学认知的有效方法。方法于2021年11月2日至12日,对中国医科大学在校本科生采取自愿参加原则进行线上问卷调查,了解学生对介入放射学认知情况。结果共440名本科生参与调查。259名(58.86%)学生表示知道介入放射学这一学科,其中217名(49.31%)学生认为介入放射学在临床诊断和治疗方面均发挥着重要作用。数据分析显示,高年级、医学影像学专业、亲友中有医护人员、既往课程中有介入放射学内容和接受过有关介入治疗讲座或培训的学生对介入放射学的认知度高。学习方式上,55.68%的学生选择愿意通过选修课或必修课的形式学习介入放射学,341名(77.5%)学生希望到医院实习了解介入放射学。122名(27.73%)学生表示未来可能将介入作为职业选择。结论目前医学院校本科生对介入放射学认知度仍不高。以选修课或必修课的形式开设介入课程,并增加临床实习可能是提高学生对介入放射学认知的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the cognitive situation about interventional radiology among medical undergraduates,and to discuss the effective methods of improving the cognition of interventional radiology that undergraduate students are willing to accept.Methods During the period of November 2-12,2021,based on the principle of voluntary participation an online questionnaire survey of cognitive situation about interventional radiology was conducted among undergraduate students at China Medical University so as to understand the students’cognition degree of interventional radiology.Results A total of 440 undergraduates participated in this survey.Among them,259 students(58.86%)had certain knowledge about interventional radiology,and 217 students(49.31%)considered that interventional radiology played an essential role in clinical diagnosis and treatment.The analysis of the obtained data showed that these students,who were senior students and whose major was medical imaging,whose relatives or friends were medical workers,whose previous courses included interventional radiology content,and who had participated in lectures or got training of interventional therapy,had a high cognition level about interventional radiology.In terms of learning way,55.68%of students chose to learn interventional radiology through elective or compulsory courses,and 341 students(77.5%)wanted to practice in the hospital to learn about interventional radiology.Conclusion At present,the cognition degree of interventional radiology among medical undergraduates is still not high.Offering interventional courses in the form of elective or compulsory courses,and increasing clinical practice may be an effective way to improve students’cognition level of interventional radiology.(J Intervent Radiol,2022,31:1107-1110)
