Research on Training Base for High skilled Talents Based on In dustrial Robot Tech nology

高技能人才是“科学技术是第一生产力”的实践者,是推动技术创新和实现科技成果转化为生产力的重要力量,在提高产品和服务质量,提升竞争力,推动经济发展过程中发挥着主力军作用,文章从重庆科创职业学院工业机器人技术专业为例,以建设高技能人才培训基地为载体,培养高技能人才模式方面谈了一些实践思考。

High slilled talents are practitioners of"sclence and technology are the first productive force",are important forces to promote technological innovation and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces,and play a major role in improving the quality of products and services,enhancing competitiveness,and promoting economic development.This article takes the industrial robot technology major of Chongqing Creation Vocational College Institute as an example,and takes the construction of a training base for high slilled talents as a carrier,Some practical thoughts on the mode of cultivating highly skilled talents are discussed.
