摘要
采用高速直连的兆瓦级汽轮发电机组取消了传统配置的齿轮减速箱,其可靠性、发电效率高,体积小、重量轻,可采用整体撬装结构。对比分析了某兆瓦级汽轮发电机组采用不同技术方案的关键指标,结果表明高速直连技术方案在尺寸、重量方面具有较大优势,在海洋小堆二回路动力转换系统、船用汽轮发电机组、深海航行器等对尺寸及重量限制较高的海洋装备领域具有广阔应用前景。
The traditional gear reducer has been cancelled for the megawatt steam turbine generator unit with high-speed direct connection. It has the advantages of high reliability, high efficiency of power generation, small volume and light weight. And the overall skid-mounted structure can be adopted. This paper compares and analyzes the key indexes of different technical schemes adopted for a megawatt steam turbine generator unit. The results show that the high-speed direct-connected technical scheme has greater advantages in size and weight, and has broad application prospects in the field of marine equipment with more restrictive size and weight, such as power conversion system for secondary circuit of marine small reactor, marine steam turbine generator unit, deep sea navigator and so on.
