摘要 为了提高叶片叶型设计效率,提出一种透平叶片反向参数化设计方法,针对已有叶型文件反向提取叶片参数化方法中的相关设计参数获得基本复现的叶型轮廓,并根据提取的叶型关键参数调整叶型设计、进一步提升叶片性能。通过对比,新获得叶型能够准确掌握基准叶型的关键设计参数,并能够以基准数据的方式表达,对指导下一步提升叶型气动性能提供有益支持。同时,调整叶型反向参数化所获得关键参数应用于叶型优化后,能够获得气动性能提升明显的优化叶型,叶型损失明显下降、级总总效率得到显著提升。 In order to improve the design efficiency of blade profile, this paper proposes a method of reverse parametric design of turbine blade. As relevant design parameters in the blade parameterization method are extracted reversely by some blade profile design documents to obtain the basically reproduced blade profile, the blade design is adjusted, and the blade performances are further improved in this paper according to the extracted key parameters of blade. By comparison, the new blade profile enables accurate grasp of key design parameters of reference blade profile and expression of them using reference data, providing a beneficial support for guiding the improvement of aerodynamic performance of blade profile in the next step. Meanwhile, after the key parameters obtained by adjusting the reverse parameterization of blade profile are used for blade profile optimization, the optimized blade profile with significantly improved aerodynamic performance can be obtained, the profile loss is significantly reduced, and the gross stage efficiency is significantly improved.
