摘要 主臂作为某设备的主要组成部分之一,为大型异形结构件,具有尺寸大、重量重的特点,其质心测量的精确性对主臂配平,进而保证设备性能至关重要。在查阅国内外质心测量相关文献资料,对各种质心测量方法的测量误差及适用范围分析的基础上,以主臂为例,对大型异形结构件高精度质心测量方法进行了研究,介绍了高精度质心测量的原理,分析了影响测量精度的因素,介绍了试验过程及结果,为精确测量大型异形结构件质心提供了借鉴。 As one of the main components of some equipment, main arm is a large special-shaped structural component, with large size and large weight. The centroid measurement accuracy is very important to the main arm balance and then to ensure the equipment performances. On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign literature on centroid measurement and analyzing the measurement error and application scope of various centroid measurement methods, this paper takes the main arm as an example to study the high-precision centroid measurement methods of large special-shaped structural component, describe the principle of high-precision centroid measurement, analyze the factors affecting the measurement accuracy and introduce the test processes and results, providing a reference for accurate measurement of large special-shaped structural components.
