大型淬硬薄壁齿圈制造技术研究

摘要 某大型齿圈,具有外径尺寸大、壁薄、模数小、螺旋角大、压力角为非标、尺寸精度要求高的特点,其渗碳淬火后的变形和胀大量与常规渗碳淬火齿轮存在很大差异。通过增加渗碳淬火前毛坯预备热处理,设计专用齿轮滚刀及专用淬火工装,利用齿轮滚刀控制齿面余量和齿部挖根量,专用热处理工装控制齿圈渗碳淬火的变形。经过实际制造,齿圈各部变形可控,齿面磨削余量均匀,零件满足设计及使用要求。 A large ring gear has the characteristics of large outside diameter, thin wall, small modulus, large spiral angle, non-standard pressure angle and high dimensional accuracy, the deformation and swell of carburized and quenched gears are quite different from those of conventional carburized and quenched ones. The pre-heat treatment of blanks before carburizing and quenching is increased, special gear cutter hobs and special quenching tools are designed, the gear cutter hobs are used to control the allowance of gear surface and amount of root extracting, and the special heat treatment tools are adopted to control the deformation of gear ring during carburizing and quenching. After actual manufacture, the deformation of each part of the gear ring can be controlled with uniform grinding allowance of the gear surface. Therefore, the parts can meet the requirements for design and use.
