不同粗饲料组合饲粮对羔羊生长性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Roughage Combination Diets on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Lambs

摘要 为研究玉米青贮、燕麦草和玉米秸秆不同组合日粮对羔羊生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,试验选取30只3月龄,体况和体重(25.56 kg±2.82 kg)相近的黑头杜泊羊×湖羊的杂交公羔,随机分为A、B、C三组,分别饲喂玉米青贮︰燕麦草︰玉米秸杆比例为30:0:20、30:10:10和30:20:0的3种日粮组合。预饲期10 d,正试期60 d。结果显示,A组末重、平均日增重均显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05),料重比显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05),A组平均日采食量显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组血清总蛋白含量显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05),A组白蛋白含量显著低于B组(P<0.05),A组血糖含量显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05),A组羊甘油三酯和胆固醇含量均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。综上说明,饲喂粗饲料玉米青贮:燕麦草:玉米秸杆为30:10:10的日粮时,更有利于羔羊的生长发育,育肥效果更好。 In order to investigate the effects of different roughage combination diets on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of lambs,in this study, 30 Blackheads Dorper sheep × Hu sheep cross breed rams who have similar body condition and body weight(25.56 kg±2.82 kg)were randomly divided into three groups A,B and C. They were fed three diets with the ratio of corn straw silage: oat straw: corn straw =30: 0: 20, 30: 10: 10, 30: 20: 0, respectively. The experiment was 70 days in total, of which the adaptation period is 10 days and the trial period was 60 days. The results were as follows: the final body weight and average daily gain in group A were significantly lower than those in groups B and C(P<0.05), the ratio of feed to gain in group A was significantly higher than that in groups B and C(P<0.05), and the average daily feed intake in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05);the serum total protein(TP) content in group A was significantly lower than that in groups B and C(P<0.05);the albumin(ALB)content in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05);the blood glucose(GLU)content in group A was significantly lower than that in groups B and C(P<0.05), and the triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol(CHO)contents in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P <0.05). In conclusion, when corn silage: oat grass: corn straw is 30: 10: 10, it is more conducive to the growth and development of lambs, and the fattening effect is the best.
