二羟丙茶碱联合心衰合剂对LVEF保留心衰患者心功能、氧化应激状态的影响

Effects of dihyprophylline combined with mixture on cardiac function and oxidative stress in patients with LVEF-preserving heart failure

目的:探讨左室射血分数保留心衰(Heart failure-preserved ejection fraction,HF-PEF)患者采用二羟丙茶碱联合心衰合剂治疗的临床效果。方法:选取148例我院2018年9月至2020年9月就诊的HF-PEF患者,随机分为参照组和试验组,各74例,两组均给予阿托伐他汀等常规药物治疗,参照组给予心衰合剂进行治疗,试验组在参照组基础上给予二羟丙茶碱治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前、治疗2 w后常规指标、心功能指标、血清相关因子及氧化应激水平。结果:治疗2 w后,试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);与参照组相比,试验组的常规指标和血清相关因子水平明显降低,心功能指标水平均明显升高,氧化应激水平明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:HF-PEF患者采用二羟丙茶碱联合心衰合剂治疗效果确切,可有效恢复心功能,抑制炎性因子,改善氧化应激状态。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dihyprophylline combined with Xinshuai Mixture in the treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction-preserved heart failure(HF-PEF)patients.Methods:A total of 148 patients with HF-PEF treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected,and randomly divided into control grou and experimental group,with 74 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment such as atorvastatin,the control group was given Xinshuai Mixture treatment,and the experimental group was given dihyprophylline on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,routine indicators,cardiac function indicators,serum-related factors,oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups before and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:2 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of routine indexes and serum related factors in the experimental group were significantly decreased,the levels of cardiac function indexes were significantly increased,and the levels of oxidative stress were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dihyprophylline combined with Xinshuai Mixture is effective in the treatment of HF-PEF,which can effectively restore cardiac function,inhibit inflammatory factor levels,and improve oxidative stress state.
