摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热分析和力学性能测试,研究了均匀化处理对HMn58-2铜合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,HMn58-2铜合金的铸态组织主要由α相和β相组成,在晶粒内部和晶界处存在大量不同形状的树枝状晶。随着均匀化热处理温度的提高和保温时间的延长,铸态合金组织中的枝晶偏析现象基本消除,合金的综合性能得以改善和提高。HMn58-2铜合金最优的均匀化退火工艺是810℃×6 h。
Effect of homogenizing treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast HMn58-2 alloy was investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),hardness test and tensile test.The results show that the ingot of HMn58-2 alloy mainly containsαandβphase.There are a large number of dendrites with different shapes in the grain interior and at the grain boundary.The dendrites segregation and non-equilibrium phase are decreased and the mechanical properties are effectively improved for the homogenized alloy with the increasing of annealing temperature and holding time.The proper homogenizing process for the HMn58-2 alloy is heating at 810℃for 6 h combined with the analysis of microstructure,mechanical properties and the fracture morphology.
