血小板与淋巴细胞比值对前列腺癌患者预后价值的meta分析

Prognostic value of platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio in prostate cancer patients:a meta analysis

目的评价血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)对前列腺癌患者预后的价值。方法计算机检索CNKI、万方、CBM、VIP、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase数据库,搜集自建库至2021年12月的研究文献。根据纳入与排除标准对文献进行筛选、数据提取和质量评价,并使用风险比(HR)和95%置信区间(CI)进行合并分析,以评估PLR的预后价值。采用STATA16.0软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,包括1802例患者。对于总体前列腺癌患者而言,高水平PLR的前列腺癌患者的总生存期(OS)(HR=1.70,95%CI:1.25~2.30,P=0.001)和无病生存期(DFS)(HR=1.44,95%CI:1.15~1.81,P=0.002)明显较短。结论PLR是影响前列腺癌患者远期预后的独立风险因素。治疗前检测PLR水平对判断前列腺癌患者的临床预后具有一定的意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in the prognosis of prostate cancer.Methods Relevant studies were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library and Embase databases from inception to Dec.2021.The literature was screeded,data were extracted,and the quality was evaluated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A meta-analysis by using the hazard risk(HR)and 95%confidence interval(CI)was adopted to assess the prognostic value of PLR.The data were analyzed with STATA 16.0 software.Results A total of 10 studies were included,involving 1802 patients.For patients with high level of PLR,the overall survival(OS)(HR=1.70,95%CI:1.25-2.30,P=0.001)and disease-free survival(DFS)(HR=1.44,95%CI:1.15-1.81,P=0.002)were significantly shorter.Conclusion PLR is an independent risk factor affecting the long-term prognosis of prostate cancer patients.Pretreatment detection of PLR is meaningful in determining the prognosis.
