摘要
EPC作为国际工程总承包模式中最主要的承包模式之一,近几年来在国内政策的支持推广下发展迅速。作为2022年杭州亚运会新建场馆之一,杭州亚运会棒(垒)球体育文化中心项目采用了EPC承包模式。着眼于项目中棒(垒)球比赛场地,梳理了在EPC模式下对建设过程中遇到的重点和难点,设计管理贯彻以设计为先导的理念,将设计、招采与施工有机结合在一起,从而更好地为EPC项目服务。
As one of the most important contracting modes in the international general contracting modes,EPC develops rapidly with the support and promotion of domestic policies in recent years.As one of the new venues for 2022 Asian Games,Hangzhou Asian Games Baseball(Softball)Sports and Cultural Center project adopts the EPC contracting mode.This paper focuses on the baseball(softball)competition site in the project,and combs the key points and difficulties encountered in the construction process.In EPC mode,the design management always implements the concept of design as the guide,formulates targeted management strategies,and organically combines design,bidding and procurement with construction.
