摘要
景德镇紫晶国际会议中心设计施工总承包项目为单曲面、反弧形、清水混凝土、木纹屋面板,其玻璃幕墙骨架安装采用实心木龙骨施工技术。针对超高超大截面,最大自重达到2.8t,详细介绍了如何保证安装过程中的安全问题,木龙骨与清水混凝土弧形屋面板交接面缝隙问题,以及如何确保幕墙安装严密性避免产生“热桥”等,对施工过程中遇到的问题进行了有益探索和尝试。
For Jiangxi Jingdezhen Zijing International Convention Center design and construction general contracting project,it is designed as single curved surface,reverse arc,fair faced concrete and wood grain roof slab.Its glass curtain wall framework is installed with solid wood keel construction technology.For superelevation and super large section,the maximum dead weight reaches 2.8t.How to ensure safety during installation?The gap problem of the interface between wood keel and fair faced concrete arc roof slab.How to ensure the tightness of curtain wall installation to avoid“hot bridges”.A beneficial exploration and attempt were made for the problems encountered in the construction process.
