This paper introduces the construction and application of the seat-type broadcasting system based on the digital relay,which integrates the functions of the digital broadcasting system and the call center.It can effectively solve the hotline telephone system of the multiguide participation of the“mayor’s hotline”and other programs and can significantly improve the call volume and access rate of the hotline telephone.
