摘要
文章测定了平面口罩和立体口罩的过滤效率、防护效果、通气阻力,研究了通气阻力对口罩防护效果的影响,在试验中选取尺寸相近、鼻夹塑性良好、与头模贴合程度较高的平面口罩和折叠立体口罩,以降低除过滤效率和通气阻力以外因素的影响。试验表明,防护效果、过滤效率、通气阻力具有二元线性关系,回归模型良好;通气阻力对口罩的防护效果有显著影响,通气阻力越大,防护效果越不明显;相比折叠立体口罩,平面口罩的通气阻力对防护效果的影响更加显著。
This paper measured the filtration efficiency,protective effect and ventilation resistance of plane masks and three-dimensional masks,studied the influence of ventilation resistance on the protective effect of masks,and selected plane masks and folded three-dimensional masks with similar size,good plastic performance of nose clips,and good fit with the cranial model in the experiment to reduce the influence of factors other than filtration efficiency and ventilation resistance.The experiment shows that the protection effect,f iltration eff iciency and ventilation resistance have a binar y linear relationship,and the regression model is good;ventilation resistance has a signif icant inf luence on the protective effect of masks,the greater the ventilation resistance,the smaller the protective effect;compared with folded three-dimensional masks,the ventilation resistance of plane masks has a more significant inf luence on the protective effect.
