摘要
异形度是表征异形纤维断面的重要指标,目前,业内在非规整型异形纤维测试方面尚处于空白状态,因此,文章参考标准FZ/T 50002—1991并利用现代数码显微镜技术探讨了纤维截面面积异形度SS,选取了4种不同截面的规整型断面与标准方法进行比较发现,异形度趋势保持一致;再通过非规整型断面测试发现,异形度评价趋势与目光保持一致。上述过程通过标准方法和目光评定证明了该指标测试纤维的异形度有效,满足了异形度测试实际需求。
Degree of profile is an important indicator to characterize the modified fibre cross-section.At present,the industry is still in a blank state in the testing of irregular modified fibre.Therefore,this paper discusses the degree of profile SS of fiber cross-section area with reference to the standard FZ/T 50002—1991 and modern digital microscope technology.Four types of regular cross-sections with different cross-sections are selected to compare with the standard method.Four types of regular sections with different sections are selected and compared with the standard method.It is found that the trend of irregularity is consistent;then,through the test of irregular shaped section,it is found that the evaluation trend of profile is consistent with the vision.The above process proves that the index is effective in measuring the fiber profile degree through standard methods and eye evaluation,and meets the actual requirements of the profile degree measurement.
