论超高分子量聚乙烯纤维标准体系建设的必要性

超高分子量聚乙烯纤维具有明显的军民两用特征,是关系到国家安全和经济发展的重要战略性纤维新材料。目前,我国已成为全球最大的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维生产和出口国,产能占全球总产能的60%以上,产品质量达到国际先进水平。然而,与产业快速发展不相称的是,当前国内超高分子量聚乙烯纤维产品的质量评价标准体系还不完善,缺乏对产品特殊性能的质量表征指标和标准测试方法,无法满足行业差异化发展和市场应用的需要,行业标准化水平亟待提高。因此,文章对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维标准体系建设的必要性进行分析。

UHMWPE fiber has obvious military and civilian dual-use characteristics,and is an important strategic new fiber material related to national security and economic development.At present,China has become the world’s largest producer and exporter of UHMWPE fiber,with production capacity accounting for more than 60%of the global total,and product quality reaching the international advanced level.However,what is not commensurate with the rapid development of the industry is that the current quality evaluation standard system of UHMWPE fiber products in China is not perfect,and there is a lack of quality characterization indicators and standard test methods for the special properties of products,which cannot meet the needs of the differentiated development of the industry and market application,the industry standardization level needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,this paper analyzes the necessity of standard system construction of UHMWPE fiber.
