摘要
对某台3000 m^(3)乙烯球罐进行风险的定性和定量评估,对比分析了2种评估方法的差异,确定了定性和定量评估方法的使用原则,分析结果表明,风险评估的定性分析步骤操作简单易行,当定量分析存在困难时,定性分析可以在一定程度上代替定量分析,为风险的合理把控提供一种切实可行的方法。定性和定量分析的结果会存在一定的差异,但该差异在可接受范围内。风险的定性或定量分析均可为球罐的风险评估提供科学的评估结果,应合理利用2种风险评估方法,实现风险评估资源利用最大化。
Qualitative and quantitative risk assessments are carried out for a 3000 m^(3) ethylene spherical tank.The differences between the two assessment methods are compared and analyzed,and the application principles of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods are determined.The analysis results show that the qualitative analysis steps of risk assessment are simple and easy to operate.When quantitative analysis is difficult,qualitative analysis could replace quantitative analysis to a certain extent,providing a practical method for reasonable risk control.There are some differences between the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,but the differences are acceptable.Qualitative or quantitative analysis can provide scientific assessment results for the risk assessment of spherical tank.Two risk assessment methods should be reasonably used to maximize the use of risk assessment resources.
