摘要
在双块式轨枕预制过程中,混凝土浇筑前的状态直接影响轨枕脱模后的外观质量及强度,混凝土的运输方式及工艺方法是影响混凝土浇筑前状态的重要因素,但是在传统生产工艺中,混凝土的运输受人为因素干扰严重,往往无法同时保证生产进度和质量。结合贵南高铁河池轨枕场CRTS-Ⅰ型双块式轨枕预制生产的实践,从混凝土运输适当距离及混凝土适宜制备时间两方面进行研究,有效解决了运输技术问题,为今后类似工程建设施工提供参考。
The state of concrete before pouring directly affects the appearance quality and strength of sleeper after demoulding, and the transportation mode and technology of concrete are important factors affecting the state of concrete before pouring. The transportation of concrete can not guarantee the production schedule and quality at the same time because of the interference of human factors. Factors such as transportation distance and preparation time of concrete were studied in the production of a CRTS-Ⅰ bi-block ballastless track sleeper prefabrication plant. The problems influence of transportation on the appearance quality and strength of sleeper after demoulding were solved, which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
