摘要
试验旨在研究甜叶菊异绿原酸盐对产蛋初期蛋鸡产蛋性能、免疫指标及脂质代谢指标的影响。选取健康且生产性能相近的20周龄海兰灰蛋鸡540只,随机分为3组,每组设置6个重复,每个重复30只,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg(低剂量组)、200 mg/kg(高剂量组)甜叶菊异绿原酸盐,预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,低、高剂量组对产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比均无显著性影响(P>0.05);但均能显著降低劣蛋率(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,低、高剂量组均可显著降低蛋鸡血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)含量(P<0.05),低、高剂量组可显著提高血清白介素-10(IL-10)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量(P<0.05),高剂量组能够显著提高血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,低、高剂量组均可以显著降低TC和LDL-C含量(P<0.05),并显著提高HDL-C含量(P<0.05),但对TG含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加甜叶菊异绿原酸盐可以提高蛋鸡产蛋初期的免疫性能,提高鸡蛋品质,降低劣蛋率,同时可以调节蛋鸡脂质代谢,并以200 mg/kg效果最显著。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of stevia isochlorogenate on egg laying performance,immune indexes and lipid metabolism indexes of laying hens at the early stage of laying.A total of 540 healthy 20-week-old Hylan gray laying hens with similar production performance were selected and randomly divided into three groups.Each group was set up with six replicates,with 30 hens in each replicate.The control group feeding based fodder,experimental group were fed in basic fodder to add 100 mg/kg(low-dose group)and 200 mg/kg(high-dose group)stevia isochlorogenate for a 7-day pre-test period and a 28-day test period.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the low-dose and high-dose groups had no significant effect on egg production rate,average egg weight and feed-to-egg ratio(P>0.05).However,compared with the control group,the rate of bad eggs was significantly reduced(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,both the low and high dose groups could significantly reduce the serum levels of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interferonγ(IFN-γ),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)content(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the low-dose and high-dose groups could significantly increase the levels of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)(P<0.05),and the highdose group could significantly increase the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,both the low and high dose groups could significantly reduce the content of TC and LDL-C(P<0.05),and significantly increase the content of HDL-C(P<0.05);but had no significant effect on the content of TG(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of stevia isochlorogenate to the diet could improve the immune performance of laying hens at the early stage of laying,improve egg quality,reduce the rate of poor eggs,and at the same time could regulate the lipid metabolism of laying hens.The 200 mg/kg had the most significant effect.
