Process Mineralogy Study on a Gold Ore

摘要 为了查明阿根廷某金矿化学成分、结构构造、矿物组成、载金矿物的粒度和解离度以及金的赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征,采用化学分析、镜下鉴定、X射线衍射、电子探针、MLA等测试手段,对其进行详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中金(Au)含量为35.916 g/t,矿石中主要载金矿物为自然金、石英、白云母、硅孔雀石、褐铁矿、赤铁矿、孔雀石、氯铜矿,金的赋存形式有两种,一种是以独立矿物的形式赋存于自然金中,占金分配率的79.38%;另一种是以机械混入的形式赋存于石英、白云母、硅孔雀石、褐铁矿、赤铁矿、孔雀石、氯铜矿中(光学显微镜及扫描电镜均无法识别)。金的分布主要集中于自然金中,且自然金粒度主要在0.08~0.64 mm,建议采用“重选—浸出”混合工艺对该矿石中的金进行有效回收。 In order to find out the process mineralogical characteristics of a gold mine in Argentina,such as chemical composition,structural structure,mineral composition,particle size and dissociation of gold bearing minerals and occurrence state of gold,a detailed process mineralogical study was carried out by means of chemical analysis,microscopic identification,X-ray diffraction,electron microprobe and MLA.The results show that the content of gold(Au)in the ore is 35.916 g/t.The main gold carrying minerals in the ore are natural gold,quartz,muscovite,chysocolla,limonite,hematite,malachite and copper chloride.There are two forms of gold.One is stored in natural gold in the form of independent minerals,accounting for 79.38%of the gold distribution rate.The other is in the form of mechanical mixing,which occurs in quartz,muscovite,chysocolla,limonite,hematite,malachite and chalcopyrite(which can not be identified by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope).The distribution of gold is mainly concentrated in natural gold,and the particle size of natural gold is mainly of 0.08-0.64 mm.It is suggested to use the“gravity separation leaching”mixed process to effectively recover the gold in the ore.
