利用X射线智能选矿机对半自磨顽石的抛废试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 云南某锡铜硫化矿新系统采用半自磨工艺取代传统的三段一闭路破碎工艺,由于半自磨机本身的工作特点,在磨矿过程中会产生一些难磨的临界离子,排出磨机后通过筛分产生所谓的顽石。采用新系统后半自磨筛上顽石粒度为-60+10 mm,这部分顽石近圆形、棱角少、具有品位低、硬度大、高抗压及抗磨损等特点,破碎这些顽石需要较高的能耗,不利于企业提质扩能和降本增效。采用X射线智能选矿机对这部分顽石进行预选抛废,半工业试验结果表明,当给矿锡品位为0.13%~0.224%、铜品位为0.168%~0.283%时,作业抛废率达到52.04%~59.26%,废石中锡品位降至0.045%~0.05%,铜品位降至0.048%~0.051%,抛废精矿中锡、铜金属富集比达到2倍左右,抛废精矿锡、铜回收率均超过80%。初步效益分析表明,采用X射线智能选矿机对顽石进行预选年创收约为271.72万元,经济效益显著,具有一定的借鉴及推广价值。 In a new system of tin-copper sulphide ore in Yunnan,the semi-autogenous grinding process was used to replace the traditional three-stage-one closed-circuit crushing process.Due to the working characteristics of the semi-autogenous mill itself,some critical particle which were difficult to grind will be produced in the grinding process,and the so-called pebble will be produced through screening after being discharged from the mill.After the new system was adopted,the grain size of the pebble on the semi-autogenous grinding sieve is-60+10 mm,and the pebble were nearly round,had few edges and corners,and had the characteristics of low grade,high hardness,high compression resistance,abrasion resistance and so on.The crushing of the pebble required high energy consumption,which was unfavorable for improving the quality and expanding the capacity of enterprises and reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.The semi-industrial test results showed that when the tin grade of the feed is 0.13%—0.224%and the copper grade is 0.168%—0.283%,the operation rejection rate reached 52.04%—59.26%,and the tin grade in the waste rock was reduced to 0.045%—0.05%.The copper grade was reduced to 0.048%—0.051%,the enrichment ratio of tin and copper in the abandoned concentrate was about 2 times,and the recovery of tin and copper in the abandoned concentrate was more than 80%.The preliminary benefit analysis showed that the annual income was about 2.7172 million yuan by using X-ray intelligent concentrator to pre-separate the hard rock,and the economic benefit was remarkable,which had certain reference and promotion value.
